Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have reportedly had an argument after the rapper featured their daughter North Westโs vocals in Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine, his newly released track. The song also has Sean โDiddyโ Combs, the disgraced US rapper facing multiple lawsuits, and his son Christian โKingโ Combs.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the song starts with a recording of a phone conversation between Sean โDiddyโ Combs and Kanye West. โI wanna just thank you so much for just taking care of my kids, man,โ a voice believed to be Sean โDiddyโ Combs can be heard saying. โAinโt nobody reach out to them, ainโt nobody call them.โ Kanye West responds, โAbsolutely, I love you so much, man. You raised me. Even when I ainโt know you, know what Iโm saying?โ
North appears to rap, โDoing everything I wanted, thatโs the key to life / When you see me shining, then you see the light.โ Kanye West shared screenshots of a text conversation between himself and North’s mother, Kim Kardashian, which have since been deleted from the rapper’s X account. In the text exchange, Kim Kardashian allegedly told Kanye West that she trademarked their 11-year-old daughter’s name in an attempt to stop Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine from being released to the public.

Reports say, Kim Kardashian is upset for Kanye West featuring their daughterโs name in a track that involves Sean โDiddyโ Combs, who is currently in jail, facing charges on sex trafficking, assault and racketeering. According to reports, Kim Kardashian attempted to set up an mediation with Kanye West and a judge but the latter didnโt show up.
Prosecutors accuse Sean โDiddyโ Combs of forcing women to take part in โhighly orchestrated performancesโ that he called โfreak-offs.โ These โfreak-offsโ allegedly involved male sex workers, and prosecutors claim that Sean โDiddyโ Combs arranged for women and sex workers to be flown to his location.
The indictment also alleges that Sean โDiddyโ Combs made sure the women participated by giving them drugs, using his power over their careers, threatening to cut off financial support, and using violence and intimidation. Prosecutors say that since 2009, Combs has assaulted several women.
