Who has delivered the ultimate fanboy sambavam? That seemed to be the question everyone had after looking at Sun Picturesโ latest social media post featuring Rajinikanth and the directors of his recent films.
The production house shared an image from the sets of the veteran actorโs upcoming film Jailer 2. In the picture, along with Rajini, Jailerโsdirector Nelson is present along with Karthik Subbaraj (who helmed Rajiniโs Petta) and Lokesh Kanagaraj (whose film with Rajini, Coolie, will be the actorโs next release).
Unsurprisingly, the photograph went viral, and the directors retweeted the pic and added their thoughts on it. โMoment to cherish and so much fun,โ said Nelson, while Lokesh mentioned, โVery happy to see Thalaivar again in the sets of Jailer 2.โ Karthik stated, โJust Before clicking this…. Thalaivar smiled at us and Said in his style โPetta Coolie Jailerโย … Love u Thalaivaa.โ
Rajiniโs next release isCoolie which was wrapped up earlier this month. The film also stars Nagarjuna, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, Sathyaraj and Shruti Haasan. The film is expected to be released later this year. The actor has now commenced shooting for Jailer 2, the sequel to the hit 2023 film.
